PLAUTUS FESTIVAL
Program 2026: from July 5 to August 18
The Plautus Festival is one of the longest-running prose festivals in Italy, organized by the Municipality of Sarsina with the aim of honoring Titus Maccius Plautus, its most illustrious son, and with it the ancient and noble art of Theatre. The Festival, whose first edition dates back to the now distant 1956, has brought to the stage the most important national theater companies, and not only, the most well-known faces of theater, cinema, and Italian television.Click here to discover the 2026 program.
