CYCLING

Cycling is an aerobic sport that induces neuromuscular activity, which oxygenates the body and draws in fluids and mineral salts.
At the end of a cycle ride, therefore, salts and electrolytes must also be replenished, this can be done through the pores of the skin, with hot baths in sulphurous water, and mud baths activated with thermal water.
HIKING

Hiking or trekking is a physical activity that anyone can enjoy. Long walks on trails through nature, where the air is clean, have a positive effect on the whole body, toning the muscles of the legs, buttocks and abdominals. At the end of a hike, to relax the muscles, it is beneficial to take a bath in thermal water or visit natural hot grottos, followed by relaxing and decontracting massages.
